Ten years ago, the world was devastated by the Great Destruction. Fairies grant certain people special powers called Orders, which take shape according to each person's wish, and introverted high school student Eiji Hoshimiya carries a terrible secret: as a child, he wished for the destruction of the world, and he believes the catastrophe is his doing.

Now Eiji lives a quiet life looking after his sick younger sister, Sena, and struggles to come to terms with his immense power, an Order that lets him dominate everything within its reach. But his secret cannot stay buried. Order Users with ambitions of their own begin to close in on him, among them Rin Kurenai, who seeks revenge for the Great Destruction, and Eiji is pulled into a struggle over the future of a shattered Japan.

Created by Sakae Esuno, the author of The Future Diary, Big Order is a supernatural action thriller about wishes, power and guilt, following a reluctant protagonist forced to confront the consequences of a single childhood desire.
