Persona 5 the Animation TV Specials

The events take place after the main arc has ended. The special story Dark Sun focuses on the next moves of the Phantom Thieves. Ren Amamiya is officially considered dead, but behind this announcement lies a carefully planned operation. From his hiding place he coordinates his comrades' actions while staying in the shadows. His absence from public view is used as a maneuver: the group goes after one of their key adversaries, Masayoshi Shido, a politician with a spotless reputation who is in fact involved in many crimes that threaten the safety of the capital.

The Phantom Thieves infiltrate his Palace, a distorted projection of reality in which a person's true nature is revealed. With every step they draw closer to the heart of the illusion, facing dangerous guardians, traps and psychological pressure. The tension mounts as the group balances between success and exposure. Everyone's role becomes critical: Joker acts from the shadows, Ann and Morgana carry out diversions, Ryuji breaks through the defenses and Yusuke provides cover. The heroes must make split-second decisions, risking their freedom and their lives.
