Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii

Yoshino Somei grows up in Osaka as the granddaughter of Renji Somei, head of the largest yakuza group in Kansai. Her life is unusual, but inside that world she knows the rules, the people, and the dangers. That changes when Renji arranges her engagement to Kirishima Miyama, grandson of a powerful Tokyo boss, as part of a fragile connection between families. Yoshino is sent to Tokyo for a year to see whether the match can hold. Kirishima first acts polite, handsome, and easy to trust, but the mask slips quickly. He enjoys violence, pushes into her space, and treats the engagement like a game that becomes more exciting when she resists. Yoshino is bullied at school and humiliated in Tokyo, but instead of running back to Osaka, she chooses to survive on her own terms.

Her answer is not to become gentle enough for Kirishima or frightened enough to obey him. Yoshino hardens, sells one of her own organs to create leverage, and returns the shock he tried to force on her. That choice changes how Kirishima looks at her. He stops seeing her as a bored assignment and becomes dangerously fixated. The arrangement then draws in Shoma Toriashi from Osaka, old family tensions, and people using the engagement to test the balance between Kansai and Kanto groups. Yoshino has to read every smile as a possible threat while deciding how much of herself to reveal. Kirishima remains both protector and danger, useful in a fight but impossible to trust cleanly. Their relationship becomes a struggle over control, pride, and survival inside a world where family politics can turn a teenage engagement into a battlefield.
