Satsuki Amamiya feels adrift after the Photography Club president graduates, and the one thing she looks forward to is a 360 degree camera she bought at an auction. When it never arrives, her best friend An Kiriyama digs into the seller and learns the address is close to their school. The two go there expecting trouble and instead find a small candy store and a manga artist, Haruno Akiyama, who bluntly asks them to pose for reference. Around the same time, Sakurako Shikishima from the Cinema Club joins up, and the girls fold their clubs together into the Cinephoto Club. What starts as helping Haruno with research turns into a string of weekends spent chasing ideas, scouting spots, filming and shooting on a whim, and slowly rebuilding Satsuki’s confidence through the simple habit of going out and making something with friends.
