Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower

Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower is a compilation film that condenses the second season of Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, based on Yasuo Ohtagaki's manga.

The One Year War has ended, but the struggle between Io Fleming and Daryl Lorenz is far from over. The story moves from the battlefields of space down to Earth, where Federation forces and remnants of Zeon continue to clash, and where a new power, the South Seas Alliance, has entered the conflict.

Io, now piloting the Atlas Gundam, and Daryl, the Zeon sniper who lost his limbs in the war, are once again pulled toward each other as the fighting on Earth escalates. The film retains the hallmarks of Thunderbolt: hard-edged mecha combat, a jazz-driven soundtrack and a bleak, mature view of war and the people it changes, following two pilots whose rivalry defines their lives.
