Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance

On the European front of the One Year War, Captain Iria Solari fights for Zeon with the kind of discipline that comes from knowing every victory has a price. She leads the Red Wolf Squadron, a unit dropped into a collapsing situation where territory changes hands fast and survival depends on coordination more than heroics. Iria is forced to adapt on the fly, trying to keep her squad alive while facing an enemy that feels unstoppable in close combat. The story does not treat war as a backdrop.
