Taiki Inomata is a first year on the badminton team who trains before dawn so he can see Chinatsu Kano shooting hoops in the next gym. A family move leaves Chinatsu without a home, and she ends up living in Taiki’s house under the eye of his mother. They keep the situation quiet at school while each pursues a clear goal.
