Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke join the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui in Yoshiwara to find his missing wives and the demon behind a string of disappearances. To move through the houses quietly, the trio work as attendants, follow whispers about a famed oiran, and learn that Warabihime is a disguise for Daki, Upper Rank Six. Inosuke tracks an obi that hunts through walls and an underground chamber stuffed with captive victims, while Zenitsu is taken. Tanjiro forces a duel, Nezuko intervenes, and her blood flames drive Daki back before she loses control and must be lulled to sleep. Daki calls her brother Gyutaro and the battle tilts. Poisoned sickles tear through streets, Tengen is wounded, and the district burns. Using a wisteria laced kunai to buy a heartbeat, Tanjiro opens a path, Uzui matches Gyutaro’s rhythm, and Zenitsu and Inosuke press Daki. The team reach the only solution and sever both necks at once. Nezuko’s flames purge the poison from Tengen and Inosuke, and the Corps marks the first Upper Rank kill in more than a century.
