Minami-ke

This is the story of the three Minami sisters, who live on their own without adult supervision and share the workload of cooking, laundry and running the household. Haruka, the eldest, is caring, diligent and sweet, at least until someone makes her angry, and her sisters clearly have no wish to push her that far. The middle sister, Kana, is restless and hyperactive, talented to the point of foolishness and prone to chronic laziness. The youngest, Chiaki, is critical of everyone around her and quite calculating, with a sharp tongue that spares no one.

All three are very different, yet together they make for a full house. Plenty of attention goes to the people around them and to their schools, since each sister attends a different one, and they all know equally colorful classmates and friends who drop by the Minami residence.

The anime is cheerful and full of fun, even though it is simply about the everyday life of the Minami sisters: from battling laziness to hanging out with friends and the occasional romantic misadventure, there is never a boring day in their household.
