Boruto: Naruto the Movie - The Day Naruto Became Hokage

In the Hidden Leaf Village, the day Naruto Uzumaki has waited for nearly his whole life has finally arrived. After countless battles, hard trials and a long road, he is at last to be officially inaugurated as the Seventh Hokage. For Naruto it is the most important event of his life, but his family sees it a little differently. Boruto is proud of his father, yet he also feels that the Hokage's duties constantly steal the time Naruto could spend with his family. Himawari, Naruto and Hinata's younger daughter, is looking forward to the ceremony and wants to see her father become the leader of the village.

In the morning Hinata tries to wake Naruto, but he is so exhausted that he does not respond, so Boruto steps in and wakes his father in a far more forceful way. While the village prepares for the ceremony, a new problem breaks out at home: Boruto and Himawari start fighting over her beloved stuffed toy, and the quarrel quickly turns serious. Himawari suddenly reveals a power of her own, so overwhelming that even Naruto senses danger and enters his chakra mode. She accidentally knocks him out cold, on the very day he is supposed to become Hokage.
