Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid: A Relatively Leisurely Day in the Life of a Fleet Captain

This OVA episode depicts an unusual day in the life of Teletha Testarossa at the base of the Tuatha de Danaan, set after the events of The Second Raid. The Danaan is in dock, the crew is busy with routine matters, and calm reigns over the base. The night before, Tessa, half asleep, wandered through the deserted base and the submarine, and then, dressed only in her underwear, found her way to the hangar where her beloved Sousuke Sagara was training beside the Arbalest. Suddenly coming to her senses, the embarrassed girl hurried away.

On the morning of her day off, Captain Testarossa wakes up in her commander's chair and tries to understand the reason for her strange behavior. It turns out that Mao slipped her an alcoholic cocktail, and Tessa, unaccustomed to alcohol, got drunk. She is terribly embarrassed that Sousuke saw her in such a state. Yet other questions remain: what really happened the day before, did anyone else on the base see her looking so improper, and where has her favorite stuffed animal gone? To find out, Tessa spends the day with the main members of the Danaan crew, piecing together the events of the previous night.
