School Rumble: Extra Class

This two-part OVA is a collection of shorts connected to the School Rumble series. It contains new content that fills in the gaps between episodes, from the very beginning almost to the end of the main series.

School Rumble follows the tangled love lives of the students of Yagami High. Tenma Tsukamoto is hopelessly in love with the strange and inscrutable Ouji Karasuma, while the delinquent Kenji Harima has fallen just as hopelessly for Tenma, and neither of them can manage a proper confession. Around them, friends such as Eri Sawachika and Tenma's younger sister Yakumo are constantly pulled into misunderstandings of their own.

These additional stories let viewers dive deeper into the world of School Rumble, revealing new sides of the characters and their relationships. Each short adds details and storylines that were not shown in the main series, with the same mix of slapstick comedy, school life and romantic misunderstandings that made the show popular.
