Kuroko's Basketball Special

This special was included on Kuroko's Basketball Fan Disc 1, subtitled Owaranai Natsu ("The Endless Summer"). It is a short bonus episode made for fans of the main series rather than a standalone story.

Kuroko's Basketball follows Tetsuya Kuroko, the inconspicuous "phantom sixth man" of the legendary Teiko Middle School team known as the Generation of Miracles. Lacking presence and raw athleticism, he specializes in misdirection and invisible passes that set up his teammates. After the Generation of Miracles split up and went to different high schools, Kuroko joined the young basketball club of Seirin High, where he teamed up with Taiga Kagami, a powerful player back from America, with the goal of defeating his former teammates and making Seirin the best in Japan.

The fan disc special revisits the Seirin team and the familiar cast off the court, offering a lighter look at the characters in between the intense matches of the main series.
