Agent AIKa

Japan is on the verge of disappearing after a devastating earthquake that sank 95 percent of its territory beneath the sea, along with much of the rest of the world. Aika Sumeragi, the heroine of this story, works as a salvager, exploring the drowned ruins in search of valuables: jewelry, technology and other treasures that could not be rescued during the catastrophe. Her life is full of danger and surprises, but she has long since grown used to that, and she handles both her diving gear and her fists with equal confidence.

Everything changes, however, when Aika takes on a secret and dangerous assignment: to locate and recover a mysterious object known as the Lagu. She has no idea what consequences this mission will bring, nor that she is not the only one after it. As she dives into the depths of the ocean in search of the Lagu, Aika will face incredible trials and powerful rivals, and the hunt will change not only her own life but the fate of the entire world.
