The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses Season 2

Hayato Kasukabe keeps Café Terrace Familia open after choosing to protect the place his grandmother left behind. The work is no longer only about reopening the shop. He has to keep customers returning, control expenses, and manage five employees who also live with him. Ouka, Akane, Riho, Shiragiku, and Ami each try to close the distance with him in their own way, turning shifts, chores, meals, and local events into constant tests of patience. A new problem appears when another café opens nearby with five girls who look like direct rivals to Familia’s staff. Their owner uses money, pressure, and publicity to damage Familia, while the new employees are pushed into roles they did not fully choose. Hayato treats the rivalry as a business problem first, but the conflict soon becomes personal for both houses.

The rival café’s collapse brings its workers closer to Familia instead of removing them from the story. Riho asks Hayato to help when the girls lose their place, and the household grows more crowded. New personalities enter the daily rhythm, creating more competition, jealousy, and chances for mistakes. Trips, festivals, beach work, and a hot spring visit push private feelings into public view, while Hayato keeps trying to act like an owner before acting like a man surrounded by people who care about him. The past around Sachiko also returns through memories and records, reminding Hayato why the café mattered before he understood it. Each girl gains moments that reveal what she wants from the shop and from him. By the end, Familia is still unstable, but it has become a home that can absorb rivals, repair damage, and keep serving customers because the people inside it choose to stay.
