A former college student wakes up in the world of an otome RPG as Yumiella Dolkness, the villainess who is secretly designed to appear as a hidden boss after the Demon Lord is defeated. She wants the simplest outcome possible: stay out of the story, avoid the heroine and her love interests, and live quietly so nobody «clears» her as an endgame obstacle. The plan collapses because Yumiella treats survival like a game system. She grinds levels obsessively through childhood, and by the time she enters the academy, where students are expected to be around level 10, she is already level 99, overflowing with dark magic and combat power that no one can ignore. Instead of peace, she becomes a walking scandal. Her dark hair and abilities trigger the kingdom’s prejudice, and classmates and officials start whispering that she must be the Demon Lord, or something worse. Yumiella tries to prove she is harmless by acting bluntly honest and offering help, but her «normal» solutions look terrifying to ordinary people, which only deepens the misunderstanding. As she gets pulled into school politics and the original game’s party dynamics, she keeps attempting to connect with the heroine Alicia while also building a rare, steady bond with Patrick, one of the few people who treats her like a person instead of a threat. Eventually, the plot she wanted to avoid forces her forward anyway, toward the Demon Lord conflict she was supposed to represent, and Yumiella has to decide what her power is for when running away is no longer an option.
