Lupin the IIIrd the Movie: The Immortal Bloodline

Lupin’s hideout is destroyed by unknown attackers, leaving behind a fragment of a map that points to an island absent from normal charts. He follows the clue with Jigen, Goemon, and Fujiko, while Zenigata gives chase. Before anyone can reach the destination cleanly, their planes are shot down and the group is scattered across a hostile island covered in toxic fog. The island is filled with armed residents, revived enemies, and assassins engineered to hunt each member separately. Jigen is forced back into a gunfight with Yael Okuzaki, Goemon crosses paths with Hawk, and Fujiko is captured for a ritual. Lupin moves deeper inland, reading the island less like a treasure site and more like a trap built specifically for his bloodline.

The ruler behind the trap is Muom, an immortal being who has survived for ages by tying himself to the island and to a hidden system of blood. He wants Lupin’s legacy erased, not only his body. The fog gives the group a time limit, while Muom’s regeneration makes normal attacks useless. Lupin separates from the others and uses the island’s own structure to understand how Muom lives. Jigen, Goemon, Fujiko, Zenigata, and Okuzaki keep fighting long enough for him to reach the source beneath the surface. The final move is not a clean theft or escape. Lupin cuts into the island’s lifeblood, weakening Muom and collapsing the place that sustained him. Behind that victory remains another layer, with Mamo connected to the larger design and Fujiko drawn toward the truth. The island disappears, Lupin is presumed dead, and the people who know him best refuse to believe it because the returned cigarettes and broken grave say he has already slipped into the next story.
