Amagami SS Short Animations

Amagami SS Short Animations is a two-volume set of short OVA episodes that was distributed to buyers of all the DVD and Blu-ray volumes of the Amagami SS TV series.

Amagami SS is an omnibus romance based on the dating sim Amagami. Its hero, Junichi Tachibana, has been wary of love ever since he was stood up on a date on Christmas Eve two years earlier. In his second year of high school he gets a new chance at romance, and the series tells several separate love stories, each devoted to a different girl.

The short animations return to these heroines with brief episodes of their own. The first volume contains three short episodes featuring Haruka Morishima, the school's beautiful and carefree idol; Kaoru Tanamachi, Junichi's tomboyish old friend; and Sae Nakata, a timid first-year. The second volume features Ai Nanasaki, a cool member of the swim team; Rihoko Sakurai, Junichi's sweet and gentle childhood friend; and Tsukasa Ayatsuji, the seemingly perfect class representative with a hidden side. Together they give fans a little more time with each couple.
